International Project & Supply Support
Linjia’s international business support connects customer requirements with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and shipment preparation. This is especially important for OEM/ODM orders where electrical specifications, connectors, plugs, labels, packaging, and market requirements must remain aligned from sample approval to repeat production.
For buyers working across different countries or channels, project details should be confirmed by market rather than assumed to be identical. Input voltage, plug type, connector definition, documentation, packaging, shipment route, and local supply arrangement may differ by destination.
Capacity, Order Planning & Delivery Support
At the China factory, Linjia operates approximately 10,000 square metres of standardized manufacturing space with three SMT production lines, two automated final assembly lines, one dedicated potting line, and three injection moulding machines. Under full‑capacity production conditions for standard models, daily output can exceed 10,000 chargers, with annual capacity stated at approximately 3 million units.
Actual production allocation, overseas supply route, warehouse availability, lead time, and shipment schedule depend on the charger model, customization level, material readiness, order quantity, target market, and the confirmed project plan. These details should be reviewed before a delivery commitment is made.

Where does Linjia manufacture battery chargers?
Our core battery charger manufacturing system is based in China. We also operate overseas production bases in Bangladesh and Türkiye, while our Brazil production facility is currently under development.
Do you have overseas warehousing?
Yes. We operate an overseas warehousing centre in Thailand. Available charger models, stock quantities, service areas, and local delivery arrangements can be confirmed according to each project.
Can you supply different charger configurations for different countries?
Yes. For OEM/ODM projects, we can adapt charger configurations according to different market requirements, including AC input voltage, plug type, output connector, cable configuration, labels, packaging, electrical specifications, and other project‑specific requirements.
Can one project be supplied through an overseas production base or warehouse?
Yes, depending on the project. We evaluate the most suitable supply arrangement based on the charger model, technical specifications, order quantity, material preparation, destination market, local stock availability, and current production capacity at the relevant manufacturing base.
