WORKSHOP
Linjia operates approximately 10,000 m² of manufacturing facilities with standardized production workflows for battery charger manufacturing. Our production system supports sample development, trial orders, and large-volume OEM battery charger projects.
With SMT production, assembly, potting, injection moulding, testing, aging, and packaging organized in-house, we can better coordinate production schedules and maintain consistent specifications across different batches.
Our factory is equipped with three SMT production lines, two semi-automated assembly lines, a dedicated potting line, and three injection moulding machines.
Wave soldering equipment, electrical performance testers, dielectric withstand and insulation testing equipment, and dedicated full-load burn-in area are also used throughout production to improve manufacturing consistency and reduce avoidable process variation.
Quality control starts before final assembly. Incoming materials and components are inspected before entering production, while PCB assemblies and semi-finished chargers are tested during key manufacturing stages.
Before packaging and shipment, finished chargers go through electrical performance testing, dielectric withstand and insulation testing, and full-load burn-in testing. Plug types, output connectors, polarity, labels, and packaging can also be checked according to the confirmed order specification.This process helps vehicle manufacturers, battery brands, importers, and distributors reduce specification errors and after-sales risks across bulk orders.
