Linjia Battery Charger Factory
Linjia operates an approximately 10,000 m² battery charger manufacturing facility in Tianchang, Anhui, integrating electronics production, housing manufacturing, final assembly, testing, aging, and packaging for OEM and ODM charger projects.
With more than 50 employees, three SMT production lines, two automated final assembly lines, one dedicated potting line, and three injection moulding machines, the factory supports sample development, trial orders, and scalable customized production.
Our Production Facilities
The factory is organized around the main production and verification functions required for battery charger projects. Each area connects to the next stage so electronics, structures, testing, and order preparation can be managed within one factory system.
Three SMT lines and downstream soldering operations support PCB and PCBA production for charger projects.
Two semi-automated final assembly lines support repeatable assembly of approved charger configurations.
A dedicated potting line supports charger structures that require potting according to the approved product design.
Three injection moulding machines support suitable charger-housing development and production in-house.
Electrical performance testing, dielectric withstand testing, and full-load burn-in are integrated before final release.
Labels, accessories, cartons, and order requirements are checked before products move into shipment preparation.
Machines and Equipment
Our equipment is selected around the main stages of battery charger electronics production, housing manufacturing, final assembly, and quality verification. Automated and semi‑automated equipment helps improve repeatability while trained operators remain responsible for process checks and project‑specific assembly requirements.
Three SMT production lines support automated surface-mount component placement for charger PCB assemblies.
Wave soldering supports through-hole component production before downstream inspection and testing.
Two semi-automated assembly lines support repeatable final charger assembly for approved product configurations.
The potting line supports selected charger designs that require a potted structure.
Three machines support in-house charger-housing production for applicable projects.
A dedicated burn-in area supports full-load aging tests to screen early-life abnormalities before packing and release.
Finished chargers are checked for key electrical performance before release.
Dielectric withstand testing verifies the insulation strength of battery chargers at relevant electrical sections before final release.
Skilled Team
Linjia’s core technical team has more than 20 years of experience in charging power technology. Production personnel, engineers, quality staff, and international business support work around the same charger project from requirement confirmation to production and shipment.
For customized orders, this coordination is especially important because battery type, charging parameters, BMS requirements, connectors, cables, housing structure, labels, and packaging may all affect how the product is manufactured and checked.
Capacity and Order Support
The factory can support development samples, smaller trial orders, and large‑volume customized production. Under full‑capacity production conditions for standard models, daily output can exceed 10,000 chargers and annual production capacity is approximately 3 million units.
Actual production lead time depends on charger model, customization level, material readiness, sample approval, testing scope, order quantity, and the current production schedule. A project‑specific delivery plan should be confirmed after the specification is approved.
We're Here to Answer All Your Factory Questions
What manufacturing processes are handled in Linjia’s factory?
